Sr. AI Red Team Engineer

Role: Cybersecurity Red Team Specialist focusing on offensive simulation within biopharma environments. Objectives: test Moderna’s cyber resilience across corporate, lab, OT, cloud, and AI systems through advanced adversarial campaigns to identify and emulate attacker tradecraft before real threats materialize. Responsibilities: plan, execute, document full-spectrum attack simulations; develop offensive toolchains and infrastructure; collaborate with IR and Threat Intel teams to measure detection efficacy; build custom scripts exploiting MITRE ATT&CK TTPs; conduct external-to-internal attack emulations targeting digital, physical, and hybrid environments; lead debriefs to improve defenses and detection strategies; evolve red team maturity towards a continuous model. Requirements: 4+ years in cybersecurity with deep offensive security expertise, including end-to-end attack chains, network and cloud exploitation (Azure, AWS, O365), Active Directory, AI system attacks, and stealth OPSEC. Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go) and knowledge of offensive tooling and frameworks. Preferred: certifications like OSCP, OSEP, CRTO; ability to communicate technical findings to diverse audiences.
