Main Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and drive development of AI/ML solutions for clinical data processing and analysis.
- Collaborate with Digital partners to build and deploy integrated data flow technology products for seamless clinical operations.
- Ensure the roadmap is scalable and flexible for global and therapeutic-area needs.
- Lead quarterly and annual planning; prioritize initiatives by impact, capacity, and scientific value.
- Gather and prioritize cross-functional requirements to define the “What” and “Why” of product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as liaison between clinical business teams (clinical data management, statistical programming, biostatistics) and technical teams; translate requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Engage with business leads, Digital R&D leaders, and AI/ML experts on technology strategy, platform selection, and build vs. buy; partner with clinical system owners (e.g., Medidata, Veeva Vault) and external providers to optimize ingestion and lifecycle management.
Delivery Excellence
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with sprint plans and release milestones.
- Champion agile, iterative development balancing execution and long-term product health.
- Drive measurement of impact via business KPIs, data usage metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated product/delivery risks and coordinate mitigation across internal and external teams.
About You
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years designing and implementing analytics, data science, and AI solutions in clinical data management, statistical programming, or clinical development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biostatistics, Information Systems, or related scientific field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Strong understanding of clinical development; experience with clinical trial data processing and analysis.
- Strategic thinking; demonstrated innovation leadership in a global environment.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving.
