About The Role
Supports the Clinical Medical Contracting Center of Excellence by administering contractual agreements related to clinical research activities, ensuring trials adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards and internal policies while minimizing risk.

Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)
- Collaborate with Clinical Outsourcing to process MSAs, Work Orders, Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements, CDAs, and other agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with FDA regulations, EU Directive, ICH guidelines, and NBI SOPs/policies.
- Ensure on-time processing of assigned contracts from initial request through execution.
- Provide contract administration support for Clinical Medicine departments (Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance, Experimental Medicine, Analytics and Data Sciences).
- Maintain trackers and use internal systems (Coupa and Agiloft).
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external parties on contract matters.
- Improve contract management tools, templates, and processes.
- Work with study teams to develop, implement, and ensure NBI standard processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (relevant field) + 4+ years contracts administration/transactional experience with direct interaction with vendors/providers/internal stakeholders; or Masterโ€™s (MBA or health care/science related) + 2+ years similar experience.
- Understand business objectives and customers.
- Interpersonal/communication skills supporting multiple teams; project management skills.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines with high accuracy/efficiency.
- Knowledge of clinical trial process, regulations, and guidelines.
- Ability to read/interpret contracts and ensure terms meet company standards.
- Contract administration skills (budgeting, billing/invoicing, issue resolution; CRO point of contact) and knowledge of clinical contract accounting/budgeting.
- Strong MS Word/Excel skills; detail oriented; able to work in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with best practices and broader business concepts.
