Role Summary
- Field-based commercial leader responsible for driving demand, accelerating patient identification, and ensuring optimal treatment for patients eligible for Galafold and Pombiliti Opfolda across the Michigan-Indiana area.
- Primary point of engagement with healthcare providers (HCPs) and key accounts; translates brand/franchise strategy into territory execution.
- Partners with Clinical Coordinators, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver an integrated customer experience across the treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and franchise priorities.
- Drive demand generation across target HCP segments.
- Prioritize accounts using data-driven insights.
- Deliver sales objectives and KPIs for both products.

Customer Engagement & Account Management
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key customers/accounts.
- Provide high-quality, compliant product education aligned with approved messaging.
- Engage across the patient journey (diagnosis through long-term management).
- Identify and address barriers to treatment in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Patient Identification & Market Development
- Drive initiatives to improve diagnosis and patient finding in Fabry and Pompe diseases.
- Collaborate to expand awareness of disease and treatment options.
- Support cascade screening, referral pathways, and diagnostic rates.
- Leverage digital tools for engagement and education.

Cross-Functional Collaboration / Business Planning & Insights
- Partner with Clinical Coordinators, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
- Analyze territory performance; provide actionable field insights.
- Maintain accurate records/forecasts using CRM and reporting tools.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/rare disease sales experience.
- Proven track record driving sales in complex markets.
- Strong account management and territory planning.
- Experience with specialty HCPs and complex treatment pathways.

Preferred
- Rare disease/specialty biologics/enzyme therapies experience.
- Prior Fabry/Pompe or related therapeutic area experience.
- Ability to drive patient finding and market development.
- Experience in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
