Sr 2 Automation Engineer

Role: Senior II Automation Engineer supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations with a focus on control systems (PLC, DCS, MES). Responsibilities: act as subject matter expert, troubleshoot, ensure system reliability/compliance, lead automation projects from design to deployment, develop SOPs, and support audits. Collaborates closely with manufacturing, engineering, and site leadership; reports to Automation Lead. Requirements: bachelor’s or master’s in engineering or computer science; 8+ years in industrial automation within regulated environments, with expertise in DeltaV or similar DCS platforms, PLC programming, and control system validation.
