Spring 2026 Co-op: Clinical Trials Operations

Role Summary

The Spring 2026 Co-op in Clinical Trials Operations will join the Clinical Development team to help operationalize clinical trials of gene therapy for patients with genetic diseases. The role involves collaborating with the operations team and cross-functional study groups to support trial management and site communications. The qualified candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and collegial, with a background in biology or health-related sciences.

Responsibilities

• Learning from and assisting the operations team in managing clinical trials
• Participate in internal and external cross-functional study meetings; assist with meeting preparation, scheduling, and meeting minute taking and review
• Communicate with study sites to assist with patient visit scheduling, ensuring necessary study materials are delivered on time, patient sample tracking, and ensuring data entry is on-track for study deliverables
• Assist with maintaining study files, updating study materials (patient brochures, Informed Consent Forms, study manuals), and tracking of study deliverables and activities

Qualifications

• B.S or B.A. candidate for Biology or a Health sciences field, or similar
• Excellent analytical and written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with basic statistical concepts
