Spine, Sports & CMF Senior Manager of Strategy & Execution (fully onsite: Raynham, MA; also consider Raritan, NJ)

Key Responsibilities
- Shape and prioritize business strategies into a holistic E2E Spine, Sports & CMF Supply Chain strategy.
- Develop/manage a global portfolio of supply chain projects aligned with Product Value Streams (Quality, Growth, Reliability, Financial improvements).
- Create quantified business cases to support E2E Product Value Stream Roadmaps (new programs, COGS improvement, supply chain network).
- Execute strategic programs using project management tools/processes with cross-functional teams.
- Own Value Capture Plan (VCP) and COGS roadmaps; govern cost actions to drive cost reduction/avoidance/optimization toward profitability.
- Lead financial/strategic planning cycles (Business Plan, June/November updates, Long Range Financial Plan) and ensure integration with Commercial, R&D, and DS Supply Chain & Operations.
- Manage governance, metrics, analytics, and scorecard/risk management for the SC portfolio; track action plans.
- Develop SCLT agenda, Yearly G&Os, and Quarterly Business Reviews; produce executive summaries and state-of-the-business materials.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (Engineering, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred); Masterโ€™s preferred.
- 10+ years relevant experience.
- Required: project/program management processes and tools.
- Preferred: business case development; Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools; Project Management certification.
- Ability to influence across a matrix; excellent communication/leadership; comfort with financials/metrics/analytics; product cost & budget management.
- Up to 25% domestic travel; limited international.
