(English) This position is well suited for BSc/MSc graduates who want to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering critical materials that support process design for biosimilar medicines. Prior industry experience is not required - full training and mentorship will be provided. We welcome candidates with a strong interest in science, a willingness to learn, and the drive to contribute to improving patientsâ lives. Regular activities include culturing cells and ensuring batches meet predefined parameters (USP) for cell proliferation. After cell culture and monoclonal antibody (mAb) production, the material is harvested by filtration and processed through a downstream purification process (DSP), which involves chromatography and bufferâexchange steps before final formulation of the drug product. All activities are documented in a scientific, traceable manner, and the team regularly interprets a wide range of analytical data to understand and improve process performance while ensuring suitability for manufacturing. Job Responsibilities Execute Pilot experiments and batches (cell culture, harvest, purification) efficiently and accurately to support Development activities. Occasionally work to GLP standards to produce bioburdenâfree material for toxicology studies. Ensure all data capture is accurate, complete, and compliant with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Thoroughly document laboratory activities, including writing clear experimental plans and reports. Maintain the work area and equipment in an orderly and compliant manner. Participate in a rotating weekend work schedule as required. Qualifications Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field. Experience in biotechnology or biopharmaceuticals is an advantage, but not required. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across functions.
