Specimen Processor I

Role: Specimen Processor I supporting laboratory specimen handling and data entry in a high-throughput lab environment. Responsibilities: prepare, unpack, identify, label, and ship specimens; meet production goals; accurately enter patient data; resolve specimen issues; properly store samples. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; comfort handling biological specimens; strong organizational, data entry, and attention to detail skills; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.; pass colorblindness test. Preferred: 1+ year experience in lab, accessioning, manufacturing, or warehouse. HighValue: clinical specimen processing, data entry accuracy, biological specimen handling, high-volume environment. WorkSetup: Knoxville, TN; schedule Monday–Friday 7pm-3:30am, rotating weekends and holidays.
