Specimen Processor I

Role: Specimen Processor I responsible for accessioning, sorting, labeling, and data entry of clinical specimens in a high-throughput environment to ensure testing accuracy. Responsibilities: prepare specimens for analysis, route and pack specimens, meet departmental goals, store excess samples, and resolve specimen issues. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; 1+ year experience in lab, production, or warehouse settings preferred; comfortable handling biological specimens; strong organizational, data entry, and attention-to-detail skills; proficient in MS Office; ability to lift up to 40lbs. HighValue: laboratory specimen handling, data entry, biological specimen management, high-volume processing, and adherence to SOPs. WorkSetup: Monday–Friday 7:00pm–3:30am with rotating Saturdays; overtime may be required; Orlando, FL location.
