Specimen Processing Team Lead

Role: Specimen Processing Team Lead overseeing laboratory specimen preparation and workflow management in a clinical lab setting. Responsibilities: supervise daily lab operations, ensure specimen routing and processing accuracy, promote process improvements, perform QA checks, resolve production errors, and enforce policies. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in lab, accessioning, or production roles; strong computer skills, communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities; ability to handle physical demands and pass color blindness test. Preferred: associate degree, 3+ years in clinical laboratory and leadership experience.
