Role: Specimen Processor I responsible for preparing, labeling, routing, and shipping laboratory specimens in a high-throughput diagnostic setting. Responsibilities include accurate data entry, specimen identification, and resolving issues with samples to ensure quality and compliance. The role supports laboratory operations with a focus on specimen handling, storage, and documentation. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; preferred 1+ years in lab, accessioning, or warehouse environments; proficiency with data entry, MS Office, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.; comfort with biological specimens and attention to detail. High-Value: laboratory specimen processing, high-volume diagnostic testing, adherence to SOPs, data accuracy, biological specimen handling, team collaboration. WorkSetup: onsite in New Castle, DE; evening shift (Mon–Fri 5:00pm–1:30am) with every 4th Saturday; physical ability to lift. No travel indicated.
