Specimen Accessioner

Role: Specimen Processor responsible for preparing, identifying, labeling, and shipping laboratory specimens to support diagnostic testing. Responsibilities include unpacking, routing, data entry, resolving issues with specimens, and managing sample storage. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; preferred 3+ months of specimen processing or lab experience; comfort with handling biological specimens; attention to detail; basic computer skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. High-Value: role involves specimen handling and data management in a clinical laboratory setting; work scheduled evenings (9:30pm-6:00am); physical capability to manage biological samples, pass a color blindness test, and work overtime as needed. Work setup is onsite in Burlington, NC, with potential flexibility for overtime shifts.
