Specialty Territory Manager (Seattle, WA)

Responsibilities:
- Drive growth to meet or exceed sales forecast for Harmony products while ensuring compliant selling activities.
- Develop business plans for the territory and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
- Manage a territory call plan (customer reach/frequency); leverage sales data and analytics to optimize the plan to achieve objectives.
- Meet or exceed product/brand strategy training targets and certifications (product messaging/attributes, awareness, competitive product knowledge, disease and patient management strategies).
- Collaborate with partners and internal/external colleagues to reach common goals.
- Share best practices and participate in Regional and National meetings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to support business objectives.
- Use a company motor vehicle using safe driving practices, comply with company policies and obey traffic laws.
- Process company expenses timely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree in business or related field (required).
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales (required); Rare Disease, Sleep Medicine or CNS experience strongly preferred.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Experience selling products requiring extensive coordination with patient services and understanding HUB services.
- Ability to interpret market research, data, and sales analytics to build a territory business plan.
- Proficiency building strategic long-term customer relationships to help patients and deliver results.
- Must live within the territory boundaries.

Physical demands/work environment:
- Up to 50% travel.
- Valid US Driverโ€™s License with safe driving record required.
- Close vision; manual dexterity to use computers, tablets, and cell phone.
- Occasional lifting/moving over 20 lbs; continuous sitting for prolonged periods.
