Job Summary
- The Specialty Sales Representative drives brand awareness and product adoption within an assigned geography following launch by providing clear, balanced, and compliant product and disease-state education to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders (prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, administrators, nurses, and office personnel).
- Executes territory strategies, builds customer relationships, expands adoption across assigned accounts, and partners cross-functionally on account planning and access dynamics.
Candidate must live in the territory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute focused territory and account plans prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Deliver clear, balanced, compliant product education via in-person and virtual engagements; adapt messaging based on customer needs.
- Build professional relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption.
- Establish credibility through consistent follow-through and value-driven interactions.
- Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows and challenges.
- Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics; partner with internal teams to support patient access and remove barriers.
- Demonstrate initiative and resilience in evolving/ambiguous situations to drive solution-oriented outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and complete activities in compliance with policies, industry regulations, and required training.
Education and Experience
- Bachelorโs degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience with consistent performance (pharmaceutical/specialty/healthcare preferred).
- Experience supporting new initiatives/launches/growth environments is a plus.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel for meetings and within the assigned territory; overnight travel may be required.
- Valid U.S. driverโs license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
- Must meet credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Base salary range: $115,000โ$160,000; may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
- Eligible for Equity and 401k matching; benefits include 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision.
