Job Summary
- Drive brand awareness and product adoption within an assigned geography after launch.
- Engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders (prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, administrators, nurses, and office personnel) with clear, balanced, compliant product and disease-state education.
- Execute territory strategies, build strong customer relationships, and expand adoption across assigned accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams for account planning, navigate access dynamics, and act as a trusted partner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Deliver product education via in-person and virtual engagements; adapt messaging to customer needs and feedback.
- Build relationships with prescribers, influencers, and stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption.
- Demonstrate credibility through consistent follow-through and value-driven interactions.
- Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows and challenges.
- Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics; partner internally to support patient access and remove barriers.
- Use initiative and resilience to achieve practical, solution-oriented outcomes in evolving/ambiguous situations.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and required training.
Education & Experience
- Bachelorโs degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent education and experience.
- 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience with consistent performance; pharmaceutical/specialty/healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience supporting new initiatives/launches or growth-oriented environments is a plus.

Additional Requirements
- Candidate must live in the territory.
- Travel for conferences/meetings and within the assigned territory; overnight travel may be required.
- Valid U.S. driverโs license and compliant driving record.
- Must meet credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities.
Compensation & Benefits (if applicable)
- Base salary range: $115,000โ$160,000; may include performance-based incentive compensation.
- Eligible for equity and 401(k) matching; includes 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision.
