Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
- Analyze territory data (prescribing trends, account potential, access landscape) to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage territory budget, including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
- Deliver compliant product education within approved labeling; articulate clinical data and value propositions.
- Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements; support appropriate patient identification and therapy initiation.
- Build and sustain relationships with HCPs, office staff, and institutional stakeholders; coordinate within IDNs with Key Account Managers.
- Identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access and patient services to support pull-through.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services; provide actionable field insights.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and promotional standards; document activities and manage CRM reporting.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutics strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success launching/expanding complex therapies; experience navigating access and providing clinical depth.
- Experience with integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
- Data-driven territory planning and account management.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data.
- Strong communication/presentation/relationship-building; business acumen; resilience and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $160,000–$180,000 plus incentive compensation (20–30% target bonus).
- Equity (RSUs) and car allowance program; health/dental/vision and 401(k).
