Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
- Analyze territory data (prescribing trends, account potential, access landscape); manage territory budget (speaker programs/promotional initiatives) and consistently achieve/exceed sales goals.
- Provide compliant, clinically accurate product education within approved labeling; present complex clinical data/value propositions to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
- Differentiate therapies; execute speaker programs/educational events/peer-to-peer engagements.
- Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
- Build trust-based relationships with HCPs and stakeholders; coordinate within IDNs with Key Account Managers.
- Identify access barriers; collaborate with Market Access and patient services to support pull-through; maintain durable utilization.
- Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, Patient Services); provide actionable field insights.
- Maintain compliance; document activity and manage timely CRM reporting.
- Represent company at regional/national meetings and conferences (~30% travel); overnight travel as needed.

Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years in specialty/rare disease/cardiovascular strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success launching/expanding complex therapies with access navigation and clinical depth.
- Experience with IDNs/complex healthcare systems preferred.

- Ability to interpret/communicate complex clinical data; strong communication/presentation and relationship-building.
- Business acumen, resilience/adaptability, disciplined execution, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 + incentive (20–30% target bonus); RSUs and car allowance; health/dental/vision/401(k).
