Role: Specialty Sales Representative focused on launching and expanding Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapies, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular diseases. Responsibilities: develop data-driven territory business plans, drive prescriber activation through clinical engagement, manage stakeholder relationships within complex healthcare systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and represent the company at industry events (~30% travel). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience; experience with complex or rare disease therapies, especially in cardiology or related fields; proficiency in clinical data communication, territory management, and strategic account planning. High-Value: cardiometabolic portfolio, rare cardiovascular conditions (FCS, SHTG), RNA interference (RNAi) modalities, launch phase, complex healthcare environment, IDN engagement, specialty and rare disease expertise, and field-based technical knowledge.
