Specialty Representative, Urology - Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:
- Engage healthcare professionals to promote AbbVie products in Prostate Cancer/Urology and OB/GYN.
- Execute brand strategy and field tactics to meet sales and marketing objectives.
- Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives; conduct post-call evaluations.
- Handle objections and drive calls to logical, actionable outcomes.
- Develop and execute targeted call plans to maximize key customer coverage and sales opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships, understand needs, and deliver win-win solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of therapeutic areas, product science, market trends, competitor landscape, and Buy & Bill processes.
- Coordinate with internal/external partners; support brand strategy alignment.
- Share market intelligence; participate in team meetings and share insights.
- Comply with business conduct policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Proven sales success with strong presentation skills.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge.
- Strong business acumen; strategic thinking; proficient with business tools.
- Ability to assess customer behavior and adapt in a matrix environment.
- Preferred: 2+ years pharmaceutical sales/account management/managed healthcare/marketing in Urology and/or OB/GYN; English proficiency as needed.
- Must meet Health Care Industry Representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
