This role is field-based and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in field; effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts; build strong customer relationships.
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets; meet or exceed objectives.
- Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance; handle objections and close sales calls.
- Proactively serve customer needs and expectations to build trusted relationships and achieve win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute a call plan to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency to key customers.
- Build understanding of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, and product/clinical expertise; share intelligence to optimize brand strategy execution.
- Differentiate value proposition with assigned health providers; identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; or relevant/equivalent industry experience required.
- In lieu of bachelor’s: 5+ years experience (3+ years within pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred); high school diploma/GED required.
- Buy & bill experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and provide innovative ideas.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and business tool proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Ability to travel to cover territory and attend training/sales meetings; ability to drive personal or company vehicle.
- Preferred: proven sales performance in therapeutic areas; physician/account-based selling, managed health care, or marketing experience; English proficiency (for non-English speaking countries).
- Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements for entry into assigned facilities/organizations (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization proof, fingerprinting, required licenses); applicant responsible for maintaining eligibility.
