Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Southern Colorado

Role: Field-based Sales Representative responsible for executing brand strategies, achieving sales targets, and building customer relationships within specified territories in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities: deliver sales performance, meet KPIs, develop pre-call plans, handle objections, and optimize territory coverage; gather and share market intelligence; differentiate product value propositions; foster relationships with healthcare providers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business, or at least five years of relevant industry experience; proven sales success, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills; proficiency in business tools; ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment. Preferred: therapeutic area expertise, experience in physician/account-based selling, and in-depth scientific knowledge. High-Value specifics: pharmaceutical sales within immunology, oncology, or neuroscience areas; experience with biologics or specialty medicines; focus on healthcare provider engagement; compliance with healthcare industry credentialing; valid driver’s license; field-based role with travel expectations. Collaboration with healthcare providers and internal teams, reporting to a sales manager. Location: field-based, within reasonable distance of a primary city.
