Field-based role. Live within a reasonable distance of the primary city.

Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy/tactics in the field; manage assigned territory and targeted accounts; build customer relationships by solving customer needs.
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial/marketing objectives.
- Set pre-call objectives; conduct post-call evaluations; handle objections and consistently close each sales call.
- Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted relationships and win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute a call plan to achieve call metrics and optimize customer coverage/frequency.
- Build and share market intelligence (customers, territory landscape, competitors, segments, disease/product/clinical/sales expertise) to align on and optimize brand strategy.
- Differentiate the value proposition; identify/develop/maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; otherwise 5+ years relevant industry experience (3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science preferred) with high school diploma/GED.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and strategic/critical thinking.
- Proven success in selling; strong presentation skills; adapts selling approach; thrives in matrix environments; leads/teaches peers.
- Preferred: sales success in relevant therapeutic areas; experience with physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing; English proficiency.
- Satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements to access facilities; maintain good standing.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening; meet safe driving requirements.
