Purpose
Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field to manage an assigned territory and targeted accounts, build customer relationships, and meet short- and long-term sales performance goals while placing the patient at the center.

Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial/marketing objectives.
- Create pre-call objectives; conduct post-call evaluation to improve performance; handle objections to close each sales call.
- Serve customer needs/expectations to build trusted relationships and win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute a call plan to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency for key customers.
- Maintain and share market intelligence (customer needs, competitor landscape, disease/product/clinical expertise) to align brand strategy.
- Differentiate value proposition; identify, develop, and maintain disease-state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or equivalent experience.
- If no bachelorโ€™s degree: 5+ years relevant experience; 3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and strategic/critical thinking.
- Proactive selling approach; ability to adapt and develop strategies; effective in a matrix environment.
- Preferred: proven sales success in therapeutic areas; physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing experience; English proficiency.
- Required: satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements (background/drug screen, immunization proof, fingerprinting, licenses) and maintain good standing.
