Responsibilities
- Plan and implement district sales plans and coaching for success.
- Build and lead the district sales team; support and coach sales team members.
- Establish and manage relationships with key customers, professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage district sales business operations (e.g., policies/procedures, budgets, sales and account data).
- Lead and manage teams of Specialty Sales Representatives and Specialty Account Managers promoting biotech products to medical professionals.
- Develop and implement market-based business strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Evaluate business opportunities and provide recommendations to RSD and the district sales team.
- Recruit, train, and develop Specialty Sales Representatives and Specialty Account Managers.
- Create and support integrated account/representative business teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Implement sales and marketing programs to support U.S. growth in the assigned district.
- Ensure compliance of selling activities with State and Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing for development and evolution of the marketing plan.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in assigned therapeutic areas.
- Serve as liaison with internal business partners and other sales/marketing personnel.
- Work with Regional and National Account Managers to address managed market issues and maximize sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- BS/BA.
- Minimum 5 years of management-level experience in pharma/immunology/biologic-biotech/medical device industries (e.g., district, specialty account, marketing, and/or product management) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a sales team with timely feedback.
- Ability to analyze complex data to build strategic, actionable business plans.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong experience with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Experience with infusionable or injectable products.
- Account-based sales experience (e.g., hospital, health system, infusion centers, large group practice).
- Experience in Immunology and Gastroenterology.
- Biological product launch experience.

Compensation and Benefits (if explicitly stated)
- Base salary range (Florida - Virtual): $176,000.00–$242,000.00.
- Eligibility for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
