Objectives include enabling field teams with tools, training, and digital/AI capabilities to support patient journeys from diagnosis through ongoing management. Responsibilities entail team leadership, talent development, and aligning GTM excellence strategies with program lifecycle stages; managing digital and AI roadmap implementation; overseeing data, metrics, and reporting to track engagement success; and fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize productivity and patient-centric operations. Qualifications include 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience spanning patient engagement, field enablement, or marketing, with proven leadership and experience in launching products or teams within matrix organizations. Expertise in data analytics, digital solutions, AI deployment, and navigating specialty care patient dynamics is essential. Preferred credentials include experience with HQ cross-divisional teams and advanced degrees. The role reports to the Specialty Care Patient Solutions Strategy and Enablement Lead, involves about 25% travel, and is based in the U.S. The position emphasizes strategic leadership, operational excellence, and digital innovation to improve patient outcomes and engagement effectiveness in a complex therapeutic landscape.
