Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval through education of healthcare providers (HCPs) in Dermatology practices, clinics, hospital accounts, and independent offices.
- Support account onboarding; conduct clinical selling and clinical/patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate HCP education programs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts and attain sales goals/territory metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics in assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers/support staff to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints; present complex clinical/business info.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Follow compliance policies/training; seek clarification on compliance issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience, OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; Dermatologist calling experience; complex reimbursement experience.
Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams; valid driverβs license; drive/fly to accounts; 25β50% overnight travel.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Wisconsin (Virtual); U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51β$87.31; eligibility for certain insurance, 401(k), incentives, sick/vacation per stated policy.
