About the Role
- Drive demand after potential regulatory approval by educating healthcare providers (HCPs).
- Educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in targeted Dermatology physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver the clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Perform account management in Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Attain territory sales goals and metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy within the assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and clinical information.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement by identifying/cultivating local relationships.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office and institutional audiences.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states, treatments, and market changes.
- Manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office, etc.).

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning skills; adaptability.
- Understanding of managed care and its business impact.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication.
- Strong collaboration/team success.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts and occasional meetings; overnight travel up to 25–50% (as required).

Training Requirements
- Successful completion of mandatory product training (written/oral exams) is required. During training, non-exempt and eligible for overtime (no sales incentives/production bonuses). After passing exams, transition to exempt status.
