Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-potential regulatory approval through education to Dermatology HCPs.
- Support account onboarding via education; conduct clinical selling and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other clinical education programs.
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices, clinics, outlets, independent physician offices) and attain sales goals/territory metrics.
- Establish relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use of products.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build engagement by identifying/cultivating relationships.
- Present complex clinical/business information and patient support services.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments/business environment.
- Manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Follow compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience calling Dermatologists highly preferred.
- Strategic business planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, influencing/presentation, and collaboration.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Travel/Licenses:
- Valid Driver’s License; drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- West Palm Beach, FL: $63.51–$87.31 hourly range; eligibility for short-term incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and sick/vacation hours).

Training:
- Employment contingent on passing mandatory product training with written/oral exams; external hires are non-exempt during training and become eligible for overtime/bisweekly pay and sales incentives after successful completion.
