Specialty Business Manager, Dermatology

Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Engage in clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate/sponsor clinical education opportunities for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts in dermatology practices, clinics, hospital outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals and key metrics; execute brand/franchise strategy tactically within customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers, support staff, and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement by identifying/cultivating local relationships.
- Present complex clinical/business information and patient support services.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets).
- Adhere to company compliance policies and training.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or related clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct healthcare professional selling experience.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).

Compensation/Benefits (Arizona - Virtual):
- Hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
- Possible short-term incentives; eligibility for medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability/life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well-being benefits; up to 80 hours sick time/year; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
