About the Role:
The Dermatology Specialty Business Manager (SBM) drives demand for assigned products through education, educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimizing opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver the clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts within Dermatology practices, clinics/outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and territory metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics in assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies to build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and stakeholders.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Maintain compliance and uphold patient-first values.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience (pharma/biotech/medical device) and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience in calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).

Compensation/Benefits (explicitly listed):
- Washington (Virtual) U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
