Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval through education of healthcare providers (HCPs).
- Support account onboarding through education; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along an educational continuum.
- Provide clinical and patient-access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education programs.
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices, clinics, hospital accounts, and independent physician offices.
- Attain sales goals/territory metrics by executing brand strategy and tactics within targeted customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and medical reprints.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other decision-making groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment and market changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Adhere to compliance policies and training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Required: 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology highly preferred.
- Skills: strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication/presentation, collaboration.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs (or relevant clinical/industry experience).
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license; drive/fly to accounts; overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Training:
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams; continued employment contingent on passing.
