About the Role
- Drive demand via education for assigned Dermatology product following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Demonstrate excellence in business processes that benefit patients and achieve sales goals.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education; provide clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand education continuum.
- Support initial clinical/patient access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education programs.
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices/clinics/outlets and independent offices).
- Attain territory sales goals/metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics in the assigned segment.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints.
- Present complex clinical/business information to relevant audiences.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources; adhere to compliance policies and training.

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling and/or relevant clinical/industry experience (or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda).
- Experience calling on Dermatologists (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care; strong communication and collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Training/License/Travel
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral). Driver’s License required. Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel 25–50%.
