Responsibilities
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval by educating HCPs and optimizing opportunities in Dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding and provide clinical/patient access education for medical staff.
- Conduct clinical selling and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints.
- Coordinate clinical education programs (e.g., peer-to-peer) and present complex clinical/business information.
- Manage accounts and build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Execute local marketing strategies, manage allocated resources, and achieve territory sales goals/metrics.
Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience (or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda).
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care; strong verbal, written, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Strong team collaboration; reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
Licenses/Travel
- Valid Driverβs License.
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (up to 25β50%).
Compensation/Benefits (Arizona - Virtual)
- Hourly wage range: $63.51β$87.31.

Training
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams; pay/exempt status transition after successful completion.
