About the Role
The Dermatology Specialty Business Manager (SBM) drives demand (post regulatory approval) through education, educating HCPs and optimizing opportunities in dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts. Builds patient-first business processes to achieve sales goals.

How You Will Contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value, advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support clinical and patient access education for medical staff; coordinate HCP education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage dermatology accounts (practices/clinics/independent offices) and attain sales goals/metrics in the territory.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Present targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies to build engagement and customer decision-making.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Manage allocated resources and adhere to compliance and customer satisfaction standards.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required: BA/BS; 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda); managed care knowledge; strong communication/presentation/influencing; collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.
Preferred: 5+ years direct selling; dermatology/Dermatologist calling; complex reimbursement experience.

Licenses/Travel
- Valid Driver’s License. Some travel up to 25–50%.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Pennsylvania (Virtual) hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; possible short-term incentives; medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and up to 80 hours sick time; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
