About the Role:
The Specialty Business Manager (SBM) supports post-regulatory demand by educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimizing business opportunities in Dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers through an educational continuum.
- Support clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities/programs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts in Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics; execute brand strategy within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to HCPs and groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years Takeda selling).
- Dermatology experience/experience calling on Dermatologists (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel:
- Drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.

Compensation/Benefits (Florida - Virtual):
- US hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; short-term incentives may apply; eligibility for medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability/life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and up to 80 sick hours and up to 120 vacation hours for new hires (per plan).
