Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate and support HCP clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts in Dermatology practices/clinics/hospital outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives (product volume and key territory metrics) and execute franchise/company brand strategy within the customer segment.
- Build professional relationships with HCP decision makers, support staff, and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials (e.g., medical reprints); discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; leverage resources; build customer engagement by identifying/cultivating relationships and educating local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical and business information to office/institution-based Dermatologists and other decision-making groups.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states, treatments, and business environment.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office, etc.).
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- Required: 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Experience calling Dermatologists/Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning skills; adaptability to market changes.
- Understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication.
- Strong collaboration/team success.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/device/healthcare and/or relevant clinical/industry experience.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training Requirements:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written and oral exams).

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts; occasional business meetings.
- Overnight travel up to 25–50% (as required).
