About the Role / Responsibilities
- Drive demand through education for an assigned product after potential regulatory approval.
- Educate HCPs and optimize opportunities in dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding; provide initial clinical and patient access education.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer); conduct account management in dermatology practices and independent offices.
- Meet sales goals and territory metrics by executing brand strategy/tactics in assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement and educate key local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and related groups.
- Develop/sponsor medical education opportunities; stay current on disease states, treatments, and business environment.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Qualifications
- Required: BA/BS; 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years selling at Takeda); strong communication/presentation and collaboration; strategic/business planning; managed care understanding; reside within/near geography; driver’s license.
- Preferred: 5+ years direct selling; experience calling on dermatologists; complex reimbursement experience.

Training/Travel
- Complete mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
- Travel/drive to accounts; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).

Compensation/Benefits (U.S.)
- Hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; may include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability/life, tuition reimbursement, PTO, sick time, and paid vacation.
