About the Role
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval for the assigned product.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in dermatology-focused physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Demonstrate excellence in business process development that benefits patients and leads to achievement of sales goals.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers through a brand education continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Perform account management in dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and territory metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy for the customer segment.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies to build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatology and healthcare audiences.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies and seek clarification when uncertain.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS; 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda).
- Dermatology experience calling on dermatologists preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication (verbal/influencing/presentation/written) and collaboration.
- Live within or near assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience calling on dermatologists; managing complex reimbursement.

Training/Licenses/Travel
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Drive/fly to accounts; overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Compensation & Benefits (explicitly stated)
- Louisiana (Virtual). U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
