Role & Responsibilities
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval for the assigned product.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in dermatology practices, clinics, hospital accounts, and independent physician offices.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Coordinate clinical education (including peer-to-peer) and conduct account management activities.
- Execute clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints.
- Manage local marketing strategies, build customer engagement, and develop relationships with decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets).
- Follow compliance policies/guidelines and seek clarification when uncertain.

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS required.
- 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Demonstrated business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication.
- Strong collaboration skills; reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Training requires passing mandatory product training with written/oral exams.
- Travel: drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.

Compensation/Benefits (summary)
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; may be eligible for short-term incentives and certain benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, sick time, vacation).
