Role: Specialty Business Manager (SBM), Dermatology

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling; deliver the clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities/programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Perform account management in Dermatology practices/clinics/hospitals and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives by delivering product volume and other key metrics in the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use of company products; apply clinical and business expertise.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and medical reprints.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement and educate local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information on products and patient support services.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Follow compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Minimum requirements:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning skills; adaptability.
- Understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication.
- Collaboration/team success.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).
