Role Summary:
- Drive demand following potential regulatory approval for assigned product through education.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in Dermatology-focused physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Achieve sales goals through development and application of patient-focused business processes.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling and deliver clinical value propositions across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education.
- Manage accounts in Dermatology practices, clinics, outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Meet territory sales goals and key metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy within assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe and effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement by cultivating and educating local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists, HCPs, and patient/professional groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Follow compliance policies and uphold customer satisfaction standards.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Strategic business planning; understanding of managed care; strong communication (verbal/presentation/written); collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct HCP selling.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Travel/Licenses:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral). Valid driver’s license; ability to drive/fly; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
