About the Role
- Drive demand after potential regulatory approval through HCP education in Dermatology.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical/patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer) for HCPs.
- Conduct account management in Dermatology practices/clinics and independent physician offices.
- Meet sales goals/territory metrics and execute franchise/company brand strategy.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use of products.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement through relationship-building and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and other decision-making audiences.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments/business changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office, etc.).

Minimum requirements (Required)
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience (pharma/biotech/medical device) and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning skills; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication and collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; Dermatology experience; experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).

Training
- Contingent on passing mandatory product training with written/oral exams.
