About the Role:
Dermatology Specialty Business Manager (SBM) driving demand through education following potential regulatory approval. Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities/programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts within Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Attain sales goals via product volume and key territory metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy.
- Build professional relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use of products.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies to build customer engagement and cultivate local relationships.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other decision-making groups.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience (pharma/biotech/med device) and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning skills; understanding of managed care.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, written communication; collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).

Training Requirements:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral). During training: eligible for overtime as non-exempt; after passing: transition to exempt status.
