About the Role
Dermatology Specialty Business Manager (SBM) drives demand through education following potential regulatory approval, educating HCPs and optimizing opportunities in targeted dermatology practices, clinics, hospitals, and key accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition; advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer) for HCPs.
- Perform account management in dermatology practices/clinics/independent offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals and key metrics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business info to dermatologists and healthcare professional groups.
- Develop and implement medical education/sponsorship programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Follow compliance policies/guidelines and training.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience); or 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Business/strategic planning skills; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication and presentation (verbal, written); collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Training Requirements:
- Successful completion of mandatory product training (written/oral exams) required; during training may be non-exempt/eligible for overtime.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to drive/fly; some overnight travel (up to 25–50%).
