About the Role
- Drive demand for assigned Dermatology product through education following potential regulatory approval. Educate HCPs and optimize opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts. Specialty Business Manager (SBM) develops and applies business processes that benefit patients and achieve sales goals.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education; conduct clinical selling and deliver clinical value proposition.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate clinical education (incl. peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts in Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Attain territory sales goals and metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within customer segments.
- Build relationships with healthcare decision makers/support staff to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to healthcare and patient decision groups.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments/market.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets/managed markets/medical affairs/home office).
- Adhere to compliance policies and training.

Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience), OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatologist/Dermatology calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, collaboration; live within/near assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; Dermatologist experience; complex reimbursement experience.

Licenses/Travel
- Valid Driver’s License; drive/fly as needed; 25–50% overnight travel possible.

Compensation/Benefits (Georgia - Virtual)
- Estimated hourly range: $63.51–$87.31; eligible for short-term incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, well-being).
