Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition; advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education programs.
- Manage accounts in dermatology practices, clinics/hospital outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals and key metrics via discretion to execute brand/franchise strategy.
- Build relationships with healthcare decision makers/support staff/stakeholders to support safe and effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement and educate local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments and market changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Adhere to compliance policies and seek clarification when uncertain.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (BA/BS).
- Required: 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience preferred.
- Demonstrated business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care; strong communication; collaboration; reside within/close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience calling on dermatologists; managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license; drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel 25–50%.

Compensation/Benefits (U.S. hourly range): $63.51–$87.31; may be eligible for short-term incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability/life, tuition reimbursement, PTO, sick time, vacation).
