Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers (pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists, practice managers).
- Deliver clear, evidence-based clinical education and support to specialist teams.
- Identify reimbursement and distribution needs and connect customers with appropriate support resources.
- Develop tailored account plans and tactics to drive patient access and service.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners (market access, medical affairs, marketing).
- Adhere to compliance and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience engaging specialty healthcare providers in respiratory or related therapeutic areas.
- Ability to travel domestically, including occasional overnight travel up to 30%.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as required.
- Hiring level based on experience:
- Specialty Account Specialist (grade 8): 5+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
- Senior Specialty Account Specialist (grade 7): 12+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specialty products using Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy distribution channels.
- Familiarity with payer reimbursement or market access teams.
- Background in biologic, rare disease, immunology or respiratory/pulmonology specialty sales.
- Experience selling into IDNs/hospital systems; infusion; specialty pharmacy.
- Proven account planning with measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable remote role with occasional in-person/hybrid activities.
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Work Arrangement/Location:
Field-based; reside in Seattle, WA (Relocation assistance not provided). Territory: Seattle to Bellingham, WA. Driving is essential.

Compensation/Benefits (US):
- Annual base salary: $138,000–$230,000; annual bonus; eligibility for long-term incentive program.
