Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers (pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists, practice managers).
- Deliver clear, evidence-based clinical education and support to specialist teams.
- Identify reimbursement and distribution needs and connect customers with appropriate support resources.
- Develop tailored account plans and tactics to drive patient access and service.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners (market access, medical affairs, marketing).
- Adhere to compliance and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.

Qualifications (Basic):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience engaging specialty healthcare providers in respiratory or related therapeutic areas.
- Ability to travel domestically, including occasional overnight travel up to 30%.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive.
- Grade based on experience:
- Specialty Account Specialist (grade 8): 5+ years pharmaceutical/medical device sales.
- Senior Specialty Account Specialist (grade 7): 12+ years pharmaceutical/medical device sales.

Preferred:
- Specialty products with Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy channels.
- Familiarity with payer reimbursement/market access.
- Background in biologic/rare disease/immunology/respiratory/pulmonology sales.
- Experience with IDNs or hospital systems; infusion; specialty pharmacy.
- Proven account planning with measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable primarily remote with occasional in-person/hybrid activities.

Work Arrangement/Location:
- Field-based; reside in Seattle, Washington (territory: Seattle, Renton to Bellingham). Relocation not provided; driving essential.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Base salary (US): $138,000–$230,000 + annual bonus and eligible long-term share incentive; benefits include health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
