Position Summary:
Senior Account Specialist for the specialty respiratory team, supporting specialist healthcare providers across an assigned U.S. territory. Deliver clinical education, support access and reimbursement, and build trusted professional relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers (e.g., pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists, practice managers).
- Deliver clear, evidence-based clinical education and support to specialist teams.
- Identify access, reimbursement and distribution needs; connect customers with appropriate support resources.
- Create and execute tailored account plans and tactics to improve patient access and service.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners (market access, medical affairs, marketing).
- Follow compliance and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 12 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience (Senior level); 5+ years may be considered at Specialist level.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to drive as required.
- Domestic travel, including occasional overnight stays up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience engaging specialty healthcare providers in respiratory/related therapeutic areas.
- Ability to clearly communicate clinical evidence to specialist audiences.
- Experience with specialty products (Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy channels).
- Familiarity working with payer reimbursement or market access teams.
- Background in biologics/rare disease/immunology or respiratory/pulmonology specialty sales.
- Experience selling into IDNs or hospital systems.
- Proven ability to develop account plans and track measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working primarily remote with regular in-person/hybrid team activities.

Work Arrangement:
Primarily remote with hybrid expectations based on territory needs; must live within or near the assigned territory and travel regularly to customer sites. Overnight travel up to 30% may be required.

Benefits/Compensation:
- Annual base salary range (new hires): $147,750 to $246,250 (location-based as described).
- Annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive program.
